Canvas Art Page Pty Ltd – Refund Policy

Canvas Art Page considers customer satisfaction as a priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the Artwork you have purchased; if it is damaged or it was fundamentally flawed in its description, please contact us immediately at help@canvasartpage.com and include in your subject heading REFUND. You can also contact us via our Contact Us page.

REFUND POLICY

  • We will not refund, exchange, or redeem for cash any goods or services, offer or deal purchased by you (“the Purchase”) if you change your mind. We may offer a refund in circumstances based on merit and at our discretion or where we agree we have made a fundamental error or mistake.
  • We do offer a 100% guaranteed refund policy for Artworks received in an unsatisfactory condition or are damaged.
  • If your Artwork has arrived in a poor condition, we offer a seven (7) day returns policy. This policy commences from the time that you receive the Artwork and continues for a period of seven (7) days where you will be required to contact us directly via email help@canvasartpage.com advising of the issue with your Artwork.
  • Canvas Art Page reserves the right to extend the returns period to 14 days at its discretion.
  • Canvas Art Page will require photographs of the Artwork to review your refund request.
  • If it is determined that the item has been damaged during shipping, then the refund will be handled by Insurance.
  • You will be fully compensated for any Artwork purchased through Canvas Art Page that Is damaged.
  • Any items returned to Canvas Art Page must be pre approved by us and arrangements for return shipping will be directly organised by Canvas Art Page through an insured shipping carrierthat provides item tracking.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed. We endeavor to refund your purchase price within seven (7) days.
